TB, that is quite a list, either you have incredible memory or you have a list! LOL still very cool!

I am making it! This flare is helping alot! I am so shaky today, I couldn't hold a cig if I wanted to!:D

Any help is GOOD! I really am doing well though, hadn't thought of one since after I got up. I still have that first thing after I wake up NEED/WANT for a smoke, then I am fine after I brush my teeth.:D

Thank you all for the support, and I hope all of you who have quit, have stayed smoke free!

Look at that .... it's Friday morning so I finally stumble into into the Thursday roll call :o
Wishing everyone well. And I hope hope hope there are peope reading this thinking about quitting. I remember how I was.
And I hope you, Kathy, are feeling better and doing better!

When I lived in Omaha in 1980-1983 , it was on "Lucille Drive", in a new little subdivision very near the base. The actual address was Omaha - not Bellevue. Husband was active duty then too -- active duty for 24 years.

Jingle, I thought yesterday afternoon was today, thanks to a very long nap! :eek:

I am hanging in!:D Today is Friday August 29th and I am 9 days nicotine free, it would have been 12 days had I not puffed of the found nasty thing I smoked!:o

I know where Lucille Dr is! I have friends who live one that street! I live nesr East Hi School. Is your hubby still in the AF? My now ex was stationed here then retired and moved back. I was AF reserves after ADAF. I chose to stay after the divorce because I had a good job and it is a nice place to raise kids. They were 11, 10 and 8 at the time. Now they are grown and moved away but close. I have 5 grandchildren, amazing how life changes!
