This is another message to home care nurses. They are things I would never had thought about had I been in your shoes. Just figured I'd share:
With home care nursing in place you have to:
Schedule any fights with your spouse when nurses aren't present since it's very difficult to fight in whispers.
Give up on your sex life when there is a nurse, awake, only one thin wall away from you.
You can't run to the bathroom in your underwear much less in the nude.
Depending on your parking situation, shuffling cars becomes a way of life.
Taking a sleeping pill and then staying up too long can be a problem (I'm too embarrassed to ask what I said that the nurse found so funny and keeps telling me so).
I'm sure there are a lot more things but these are the ones that stand out. ;) Karen
