We spend so much time talking and helping each other so I thought to break out a little.
I suggest to have a game thread. One so we can all relax a little and Two so we can get to know each other a little better.
This one is called This or That. Here are the basic rules. I as the first person will pick two things to chose from. The next person picks one of the two things I put up and in the same post puts two more things to chose from. The next person picks one of the two things and posts two new things. And on and on it goes. Ok ready.

- {"Kookaburra sits in the old gum tree.
Merry, merry king of the bush is he.
Laugh, Kookaburra,
Laugh, Kookaburra,
Gay your life must be.
Kookaburra sits in the old gum tree,
Eating all the gumdrops he can see.
Stop, Kookaburra,
Stop, Kookaburra,
Leave some there for me.
Kookaburra sits in the old gum tree,
Counting all the monkeys he can see.
Wait, Kookaburra.
Stop, Kookaburra.
That's not a monkey, that's me!" }
`ol kid's rhyme from school there are other verses / parody lines added by young people from all around the world now :)}

OOPS!! My bad, didn't realise there was already another reply..
Both sunbathing and sightseeing - both require a tonne of sunscreen! :D
I'll still go with my Kookaburra or Kingfisher reply from above :) if that's ok?
sightseeing!
I've had enough of the sun as I am as brown as can be on extremities. Is anyone else like that from their medicines? I retain mine year round and it was NOT until my son had to have a suspicious spot removed that I read of th dangers in that doc's office. And here I was living a grand ole life on our pontoon with some sunscreen and just thinking ain't it grand I'm tan. Now I know to avoid the sun and stay covered like the sun was a plague. sorry still in an upbeat mood cause hubby is home from hospital and seemingly okay.
BTW, I'd appreciate the songs and links. IF I could sightsee your country, that would be most wonderful. I'd love to see the birds and animals meet the people etc.

For me, definitely, George Clooney. Sigh. ;) Do you remember his Aunt, Rosemary Clooney?
Shirley H.
Oh Shirley I was going to say, why choose, lol. They are both great and if Brad Pitt stays in the running as long as Clooney has, won't he be wonderful to look at?
No questions or choices come to my mind right now as it is pretty much occupied with just the thinking about it.
heyjude55
08-18-2008, 04:48 PM
