Good grief
Are these things TN meds can cause?
Does this explain my typing problem today? Or is it me just losing my brain cells as I up my meds to the therapeutic level?

Hi Stephanie,
When you up meds, there can be increased side effects as well. I hope for you that they will settle down a bit when your body adjusts.
What levels are you up to now? Are they high?
High levels can cause shaky hands too and in that case it would be worth it talking to your neurologist.
Take care,

Hi Stephanie,
You wrote in another thread:
<<<<PS. I am having massive mistakes in typing today. I am correcting them, hopefully! They are all typing one letter off (to the side of the right one.) Is is a brain thing or a coordination issue? It is not normal at all for me.>>>>
If something is not normal for you, you need to keep a careful eye on it.
I only know of one TN'er who got the shakes really badly and he had difficulties typing. In his case the levels of meds had just gone way too high and he needed to go down.
If you have just upped your meds, it may just be temporary side effects and it may settle down.
If it doesn't settle, you may need to look at the amount of meds you take and discuss it with your neurologist.
I hope this helps.
take care,
Anne
