Hi everyone! Just wanted to say "HI". I'm doing ok. I still have a lot of problems with energy and motivation, but compared to the depression and mania, that's a piece of cake! Guess I shouldn't complain!

Great to see you... been hoping you'd pop up sooner than later. Glad you are "ok" relatively speaking. I am, also. i hear ya, on the energy and motivation thing. :o or lack of rather. :rolleyes: Will PM you next few days... i just moved - limited internet access now.

Hi there Glad you are o.k.It is good to be back and to feel iam communcating with people who understand and so can be truly sympathetic.
I nearly went off on one today.I was looking for a saw. Good thing i did not find one when i was on the ceiling because i could have done some damage.Especially if i had seen my neighbour.He hates me and enjoys winding me up.
Thank the Lord for the Holy herb as i am now down from the ceiling and althogh i did manage to get the job done.With a very old saw that just tore through the board that i was cutting.It's very rough but it's done.
I am a little shakey now but i must go out, i bought a new walking stick yesterday so will take it with me.
