Tuesday we met with the Ombudsman, she will be with us in the Review Hearing coming up, next week. They have once piece of damning evidence that is going to be hard to over come. They have a letter from the Workman's Comp dr that said my husband came to him for an unrelated incident. I explained to her that this dr was not our dr and that I have emails from the employer telling me to take him back to the workman's comp dr and go from there.
Not sure if they will let me attend the review hearing or not, I will be considered a guest and all guest have to be approved by all parties involved, hubby and I were talking about that last night, he said that he was not going in there without me. I guess we will just have to wait and see.
I told our Ombudsman I will take my hubby's case all the way to the Supreme Court if need be.
BOTTOM LINE: HE WAS INJURED AT HIS PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. NO IF AND OR BUTS ABOUT IT.
They just hope you will get tired (and man I am) and that you will just go away. Well that aint happening.
