Hiya. Have you heard of CAPS meaning catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome. It is very rare but is mutiple organ failure and infection can be a potential trigger. I have had 3 infections in the last 4 months which is unlike me so when I read up about APS again this is what I found. I guess the moral of the story is to treat an infection fairly smartly :))
