Sorry if i mess this up with one hand finger lol. I put my first patch on 7/10/08 do I put a new one on 7/13/08 or7/14/08 it says three days?

You would put a new patch on 7/13/08. When figuring out the date/time of new patch applications, its easier to count hours. 3 days = 72 hours, so if you put a patch on at 10 am 7/10, you would put a new patch on 72 hours forward, at 10 am 7/13.

Hope this helps some. Just remember the first couple of patch applications are going to be your adjustment period, and you may experience some pain that isn't covered by the patch. Rescue pain medication during this transition may be necessary, so make sure you talk with your doc.

thank you guys, now can you tell me when I am going to get any feeling back in my left arm?? If I could just twinkle my nose and make it happen :(

I wish I could shine up my crystal ball and tell you the answer for when you'll get feeling back in your arm. Unfortunately, there is no set answer. If you've got pinched nerves, it could take PT and/or surgery to help release any pressure on your nerves. Hopefully the pain relief from the patch will help ease any pain you're having, so that you can try to do PT and are able to function better.
