I really don't want/need this-serious vent!

I have been enjoying no headaches for months-until today.:(

I'm a young woman,who as Carly Simon once sang "doesn't have time for the pain." yet,when it catches me off guard-it bums me out.

I had hoped these pain attacks would disappear,as long as I avoided stress..which is what i've been doing all weekend.

I hope this headache leaves as soon as it came! I also have listened over and over to the Carly Simon album with the same song on it.

I got rid of the man, and got back pain in his place!

I am so very sorry. I really pray that by the time you read this you are as pain free in your body as is possible and certainly that the headaches have "hit the road"again.

If not then breathe deep - now go to a place far from your head and enjoy the trip. Imagination really is a wonderful thing with destinations my purse would never be able to afford.
