Outlook Express

I'm runing Windows XP and Outlook Express.

I've been getting some e-mails that say the following:

This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action....Create an association in the folder options control panel.

What do I need to do so I can open these e-mails?

Not so sure this will work since I don't do outlook express.

Download the attachment (assuming this is from your friend that was sending you pictures you couldn't see)

Right click on the file

Click "open with"

Click "choose program" if it comes up

Do not search the internet for a program to open that type of file

Click the browse button

Find the program that you use to look at photos and such. If you don't know where it is, goto Program Files then Windows Media Player.

Highlight the program

Click the "always use this program .... " box

Click ok


Should be good to go :)
