I read about this interesting approach to handling disabilities from head trauma and other causes. Multi-Sensory Environments (MSE) are used in Europe, but have recently been show cased in Canada. They are created to provide a variety of sensations for the disabled, giving them a sense of control which they may be lacking through stroke paralysis and so forth.
