Bless your heart Phyllis, I'm so very sorry for your loss. :( The pain of losing someone we love is so overpowering, that we feel we'll lose our very SELVES at times. For me, there was a time I didn't even know WHO I was without the other person.

They say "time heals all wounds." That's just not true. WE have to heal those wounds ourselves thru grieving. We may get angry, depressed, but eventually we'll accept and heal thru loving memories. Yes the process takes time, but time isn't the healer. Remember MOST of all that your beloved Amie wouldn't want you to be unhappy! ;) That would upset her terribly!

And also remember that we never really lose our loved ones ~ they're just 'away' for awhile. I'm SURE she's with you, and that you will see her again. God bless you and my prayers are with you. Hugs, Lee
