Hi!

I live in California, too. I have a type of Porphyria--schizophreniform--called PYROLURIA. It's a severe vitamin deficiency in Vitamins B6, Zinc, and Aracadonic Acid (the Essential Fatty Acid, Omega-6)

Anyways, just stop'n in for a quick, hello.
We've got a forum on Pyroluria started on the Vitamin Deficiency Board.

Hi, I just found out that this Porphyria forum, and Braintalk in toto, is now up. I have not been here, of course, for many months.

I was the one who started this forum lo these many years ago, but some spammers made it no more fun and all the kids took their marbles and left.

I have read about Pyroluria, Ona, and I have for years taken p-5-p (premetabolized B6, Zinc, and Manganese). That is I took them before I heard of Pyroluria or of HPU which may be the same thing?
