Wind, a wisp at first
A spray of drops on glass pane
Wind whips water everywhere
Distant rumbles call

Electricity flickers free above
Licks of light from a black sky
Wind whips branches free
Warning rumbles roar

A stab of light and sound
Splits a giant tree in two
Charred twins remain
The sky takes no prisoners

Water everywhere
Saturated sight and sound
Foundations shaking
Glass panes ringing

Senses explode with glee
As the storm rages free.
