A Beautiful Day

Each morning I wake,
And open my eyes,
To see the sun rising,
In beautiful blue skies
A wonderful day today,
Sunny and bright,
Warm and breezy,
Nature’s pure delight.
So thankful I am,
And why shouldn’t I be?
The day was created,
For you and for me!

There is so much,
To be thankful for,
The beauty of life,
All creation and more.
There is so much,
To be grateful for,
The wonder of life,
And what lies in store.
There is so much,
To be hopeful for,
The true strength of life,
And courage galore!

I dun'no waves...

Some of the most beutiful weather that I have ever seen is
lightning. I can watch up close thunderstorms and heat lightning
for hours!!

i share your passion for watching lightening and thunderstorms... :D i am glad to have witnessed the one we had last night at about 10:00PM... bombarding us for 10-15 minutes with no less than 1 1/2 - 2 inch. of green peas size 1-2 ice pellets... still mostly all showing on the ground at noon... wow ! :( but i still feel the echo in my head...
