and yet i cant stop so i eat a little turbinado sugar

ill give up candy cake donuts ice cream etc

have you tried using stevia? A wonder powder more concentrated than confectioners sugar, totally natural, and doesn't affect blood sugar or eat up b vitamins.

had a sample of stevia at traders joes -its expensive

It does seem to make it worse I am a type 2 diabetic. I noticed since this started my blood sugar went wacky. I control my blood sugar by diet and exercise. I cannot exercise on this medication but still follow my diet (no sugar and low carbs) yet my blood sugar was 178 the other day and it caused a severe itch on my face where the shingles were. I don't know why I have elevated sugar readings it may be the medication I am taking (Lyrica)
