oldtimer cannot sign on to BT ...

I have a friend, an oldtimer at BT, who got a new computer and new e-addr, and now cannot sign back onto BT.

She asked me to troubleshoot this for her. Who should I contact?

Howdy bluebirdy!

This is the place. Only thing is....
If she can't sign in she probably can't access this board.

Sounds like she might need to make some adjustments to
the default security and/or Internet settings on her new computer.

If she can access the board by making adjustments on her computer,
she should go to the User CP option in the top block and edit
her e-mail address.

If all else fails, she might need to start from scratch, reapply
and get a new board name for herself.

That's as far as my recallable knowledge takes me, sorry.

If she doesn't have any problems seeing the forums but can not log in, ask her to send me an email with her screen name.
