Thanks all for the well wishes, they are appreciated !

I am so ready to get this all done and behind me, and move on with my life.
When I had my unruptured left ICA aneurysm coiled in January I was out of the hospital in 2 days and back to work full time within 2 weeks, no side effects, nothing. I was really lucky. Now I am having my unruptured right MCA aneurysm clipped, and I know I can't expect the same recovery wise, however my mind is set for a good and speedy recovery, I know I'll do just fine. :D
Hubby and I will be leaving tomorrow morning ( 2 1/2 hr bumpy backroad drive :eek: ), because I have all my pre-ops and pre-admin tomorrow, then we'll be spending the night in a hotel near the hospital, then surgery will be first thing Tuesday morning.
I'll try to post as soon as I am able.

Best Wishes Jen!! Great attitude. You are going to do great. Will be waiting to hear from you soon. I am going in on 5/14 for clipping also. I'm the last one on the list for this month so that gives me the advantage of hearing how you and Linda and Maritza (5/12) and Carrie (5/16) do with your surgeries. We have Maritza on Monday, Me on Wednesday, and Carrie on Friday. Busy week. So far, so good. I've been reading how well Linda is doing. And I am confident the you will be the next with a good outcome and speedy recovery.

Hi... it's Linda! WOW...May is a busy month for surgeries. I am praying and sending good luck that everyone will do as well as I am. I hope I can be an inspiration to all of you waiting for your surgery. I had one brief moment when I was in the operating room where I thought I should 'bail out' and tell them 'Stop... I can't do this'... I had a quick panic attack... then the IV meds for sedation hit me and the next thing I knew the surgery was over and I was awake and alert in the ICU... it was amazing! I would do it again in a heartbeat if I had to! A positive attidude is half the battle. I am rooting for all of you and behind you 100%! I am looking forward to hearing everyone's story. Stay strong... my thoughts and prayers are there for you right now Jen... having surgery in 2 days. Take care/ bye for now... xox Linda *cg24
