I'm not sure if it was posted on this site or not. But someone posted about there LTD wanting to either settle or give them a pay out. I get SS and LTD. What I am wondering is if the had WC claim before they were disabled? Or maybe the better way to say it: Were they disabled because of an injury on the job? I wish I could find where that post was. Thanks for anyones help.
