Hi Christine,
Thank you for posting to roll call a/k/a "my rambling":)
I'm proud that your proud of your son!! I think he's 16? That's such an awkward age to be (it certainly was for me!!:):) ) He sounds quite mature for his age.
When you talked about being at the doughnut shop laughing and having a good time, it reminded me of one thing. Family. That's not something money can buy. In that area of your life I am so truly happy for you.
Would you mind if I ask you to start some roll calls? You get right to the point and I, well, ramble on. I'm afraid I might seem judgemental or talk strange. I've tried talking to my cat. She doesn't answer!! She does though know exactly when I open a can of cat food:) I got her at pass pets and apparently she had been "returned" several times. I wouldn't trade her for the world.
We are all sinners in one way or another and that most certainly includes me.
Well, milk was $2.45, eggs were down to $1.45. ($1.45!! even) I didn't buy any banana's so I didn't check the price. I still ended up shopping with my stomach. I know on some frozen items the prices were pretty high. I skipped the $6.99 chocolate cake. It sure looked good though.
Thank you Christine,
Love, Phil and Samantha (meow)
