I found this (http://www.freevibe.com/index.aspx) web site. It looks like it is geared towards younger people. I have not yet explored the entire site. It looks interesting.
There is a quiz on drinking here (http://www.freevibe.com/stepup/friendquiz2.asp) if anyone is interested. There are more quiz's that I have to find the URL'S to. One page and quiz pertains to marijuana. I am not against marijuana for medical use. There are still many, many studies and tests that need to be carried out.
I am against casual smoking and I most certainly believe it is a gatewway drug. It was for me although I have read it is not. Get the facts. Marinol for example is said to be much to strong. From reading the marijuana forum here:
Therapeutic doses tend to be very small. People with MS say it helps them. Cancer, glaucoma, HIV. There is the Sativex inhaler....I'm not sure why it's called an inhaler as it is sprayed under the tongue and is said to help some with chronic pain. I think, THINK it is available in the US though probably under very tight control.
I would say most certainly smoking marijuana is the most dangerous although the US government continues (the last time I checked) to supply a very small number of individuals with prescription marijuana.
I hope effective medications can be extracted with the least amount of side effects that will benefit those that most need it. Who would have thought we would have extracted medication from a snail?
