what is the best way to get a lasting erection:

1. Viagra.


2. The injection into the penis.

3. The suction pump method.

1. viagra: works with your body's desire to have sex, optimum time to have sex is one hour after taking the pill, few side effects. other drugs, like cialis give you a longer window of opportunity to have sex, usually 3 hours. can be used daily.

2. penile injection: learning how to inject yourself takes time, scar tissue might form at injection sites, usually you do not want to inject yourself in front of a partner, produces good quality erections, dose of injectable medicine must be carefully titrated, limited to 3injections per week.

3. suction pump: so many brands out there, some expensive, you would have to try a few to see which one works best, cost, erections not as good quality.

there is another option, a penile implant. the surgery is less than an hour, you do not have to take drugs to get an erection, no waiting time for an erection. if you have medical issues for erectile dysfunction, insurance might pay for the costs.

my choice would be viagra, possibly with a penile ring at the base of the erection to give it more quality.

but I now have an able-bodied girlfriend, & with two Viagra, and her injecting a very small needle into my penis, we have had very successful sexual relations for several months now.]

Because of the injection, I am able to do things that I never was able to do. Even when I was 20 years of age....

Actually, Viagra was discovered during the search for a cardiovascular drug -- but as Sir Isaac Newton stated, "for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction."

I take one quarter tab of Viagra every morning & it works very well to lower my blood pressure.

My blood pressure drops... & with the aid of the injection, an appendage of mine goes up & stays that way for almost 1 full hour (60 minutes) much to our mutual pleasure...

yeah, i agree, science is wonderful! i think when it helps people lead a better quality of life, it is at its best.

it's great that the injection/viagra combination works so well for you and i'm sure your girlfriend is happy to share this special intimacy with you.

richard, i'm glad you didn't let your disability stop you from finding solutions to enjoy this part of your life. some people just quit searching and that's a shame.
