Hello.

Grant's psychologist who is phasing Grants Jevity Hi Cal poison (soy protein base) out of his system wants Grant to follow the Paleolithic formula regarding the ratio of carbs, fat and protein. This ratio is almost the exact opposite of the normal food pyramid that you will see in 99% of dietician's offices!

On Tuesday we see a dietician to work out the whole structure of Grant's diet down to the last ml/gram of food that he is to have.

Unfortunately the psychologist is not available and I desperately need the fat, carb, protein ratio immediately to show the dietician.

Can some kind soul out there give me the ratio please.

Thank you.

Paul, Alison and Grant in championship mode and getting into unchartered championship territory because of his new feeding routine :)

I google the diet, but not finding a pyramid or ratios.

I'm with Deborah. I couldn't find a ratio, either. I guess I didn't realize there was one. Pulling out my "The Paleo Diet" book, it lists protein as being between 19-35% of your diet. Not surprisingly, the fat and carb percentages vary, also. So... I can't give you a ratio based on that. I think you're going to have to wait until your doctor is available to help.
