For real. There is no end in sight here for me. You may remember I needed a new roof. Will all hellO dropped yesterday. It had been raining here for over 24 hours and off and on for most of the week. The ceiling in the bathroom fell in. Greg said he had to work yesterday. I couldn't get up with him at all. No one answered the phone where he works. We have no cell phone. Don't have the money for one. Anyway I didn't know what to do So I cleaned up the mess.

So today he puts a trap on the house(I feel I am in Fla) LOL. Then to pull out the rest of the ceiling. OMG the more he took out the worse it got. So now we have to redo the whole bathroom. I told you I had been taking down the wall Paper. There was mold behind it. So when I stared doing that Greg was getting sick. Like the flu or something. After this morning when he got up he was worse sounding. Then we found out it is Black mold exposure. But he wouldn't stop. I told him I think he needs to go to the Dr's. He said he will be fine. We will see. We have to spray with bleach now. and take a shower and I have to rest for the night. But this is not good for my pain either. But I will go to Dr Tuesday anyways. I will tell him what is going on and maybe he will give something for Greg too.

Oh yeah when Greg took the glass light down in his closet it was full of water.

I'll do the back stroke

Deb, I hope the rain stops soon and you don't have any more rain damage. Maybe our sunny weather will move east to your area. Be careful cleaning up the mold and get plenty of rest tonight. I am hoping for dry weather your way.

Deb,

I had heard the South East has been having a bunch of rain. I am so sorry your roof fell in. Is this something the insurance will take care of?
I find the black mold concerning, it can cause serious breathing issues like your husband has experienced. Using bleach is a great idea!! Be careful to wear a mask or something over your mouth and nose so you don't pass out due to the fumes.

Take care,
Kathy
