This is what we saw more than anything for the first 3 years. She had surgery right as she turned 3 to have her adductor realeased, hamstrings and heel cords lengthened. It was at that time that I ever heard her laugh for the first time.

Yes. I had to do a 2nd look to make sure it was her. It was this little huh huh huh huh type laugh. Just out of no where. Something I had never heard before and wasn't sure at first what it was. But when you looked at her you knew she was laughing. Big old grin on her face. One of the first things we ever found out that made her laugh outloud was bending over in front of her. For some reason seeing someone butt first was hilarious to her. And of course, we did it over and over and over just to get her to laugh. My family still talks about how she would laugh when you would bend over in front of her.

Thank you for letting me talk about her and remember. It makes me smile and cry both.

Thank you. I blew it up for the funeral and had it framed and mounted. Its a 16x20. Its the one thing that I was sooooo adamant about with her arrangements. I wanted people to see the love that I saw in that picture. And my son and I look like bookends. lol. I never saw how much until I saw our profiles. Amanda was loved from all directions and this one showed it. To me anyway.

Carrie I also love the pic you used to have in your sig of Amanda I think when she was sitting down, I can't really remember much else but she just had the most enormous grin on her face! ;) any ideas? I'm sure there are many though. Also you have fabulous hair!

Carrie they are all just wonderful. I so remember the one of our "ditto sister" doing the pool therapy. Her laying in the chair laughing is just gorgeous.
Of course the family pic of all of you and the love you all have for each other is just spectacular....
