You also need Flash by macromedia ( Now owned by Adobe). Active X as well. You may have Active X and even Flash, but I have Windows 98SE. One of the Secrity updates prevents Active X and Flash, so I couldn't get in the chat for a long time. Since I cannot tell which security update it was that caused the problem, I can't remove it. I downloaded another browser, Mozilla's Firefox, that does allow Flash and Active X. It made a world of difference. I now can get in the chat room. Tattoo
