Well, once again it's Autism Awareness Month. And once again, everyone tells me this like I was UNAWARE and will be so pleased, oooh Autism has a whole MONTH that I can be aware of it in.... Well, I would like just 24 FREAKING HOURS that I DON'T have to be aware of autism. Let's trade people, YOU can be aware of it for a month and I will be blissfully ignorant  The very next person to ask me if I know it's Autism Awareness Month is going to get a black eye...

We now end this rant and return you to your regularly scheduled post viewing day....

Okay. I'm officially declaring May autism unawareness month. We can spend the whole month pretending like it doesn't exist!

Sorry, May is my 'winter cellulite unawareness and denial month'. Pick another month.

excellent idea! i could pretend that i am in another dimension, another planet, it it weren't that he is in the next room.
still i was negating/unaware my whole life. "autism" never have been for me. my son never looked "totally autistic". i wish i had stayed blissful ignorant and didn't go for help to doctors.

If we're going to be delusional - I declare May - "This swimsuit looks just as good on me now as it did in High School" Month, or maybe "pasty white lumpy thighs are freaking HOT" month...

I thought it was "No that isn't gray hair, those are highlights" Month!

Gosh, now I've got to do something about those "highlights" that are taking over my scalp!!!
