Not sure what you are asking. I have many MRI films that show the brain before and even more post op.
When you know what you are looking for it is pretty easy to see a severe compression. Looks like a cartoon carrot in the hindbrain.
If it is a smaller herniation I feel you need some someone more knowledgeable to see if there is blockage, and even then it is only an educated guess without a cine study.
