I know...what a combo! LOL
Oh, but first...Happy St. Patrick's Day to everyone! :)
I spent my morning with the ob/gyn. And, no, I won't go there other than to say...everything looks good. :D And I CAN stop the Viville dot patch...YAY! Just one less thing. Yeah, well, I say yay right now...but who knows. I am just supposed to stay with the Premarin Cream and perhaps even up it a bit IF I need to. And I have scheduled the mammogram and bone density test.
Then the Gastro's office called and I do NOT have Celiac disease and my Vitamin D is 59. She said normal was 15-60. Now, I don't know what precisely the Vitamin D tests that were in that panel. But I would assume 59 is fine. And I don't know where I am getting it from because there hasn't been alot of sun around here and I don't down the milk. But I do LOVE butter! :D I don't get it other than maybe from the Citracal.
So, that was my day.

Kathi,
Glad to hear all is looking good in your southern half!;):D Isn't it nice when you can get rid of one of the RX's!?!?!:)
Happy St. Patty's Day to you too!:D

Thanks Kim,
Yes, it was good to know that the southern half is okay. :D But I need to get prepared for what might happen when I go off this patch. It is such a low dose that I don't think it is a deal. Then again I might have an increase in headaches and hot flashes. I am hoping the cream will help with that...just in case. It should since some is absorbed.
Oh, and this is bad but I just have to say it LOL! First you have to know that on GeekOffice.com (I think it is) has an ob/gyn answering machine sound clip which is hilarious! I wanted to put the link here but figured I better not because it might be offensive to people. It is not crude, it is just funny!! Also, know that the doc is a nut anyway and cuts up all the time; and no, not crude..he is just silly...dry witted I should say.
Anyway, (I can't believe I said this to him) I told him I suffered from SUIT (referring to my coccyx troubles). Now, if you think long enough about it you can figure it out LOL! If not, go to that website and listen to that sound clip. I was falling out of my chair laughing. :D

Kathi,
Sounds like a great appt!! The test results are great! and of course everything down south is great. I went off my oral hormones with no problems after the firdt 10 days or so. by the way 59 is PERFECT!!
I went on officegeek.com but don't know which video I am supposed to watch, do you have a name of the one with the message?
I Hope Hubby id doing ok today.
Take care ,

Thanks Kathy,
I was wondering about that "59". Like I said...I didn't know what that panel consisted of. :) Oh, and it is Geekoffice.com. But if you want and you don't mind, send me a PM with your email and I can just forward it to you. Of all people, my brother sent it to me...it is hysterical!
Hubby is doing okay. He is getting ready for this big conference in DC and I am helping him with some of his paperwork. Not a big deal...just hope he can get there and back without too much pain. But he seems to be okay for now..thanks for asking. :)

It is great when you can lose an rx as long as it doesn't create a problem. It sounds like you had a couple of good doctor visits.

Kathy,
It is called "Gyne-obstetrician answering machine". If you still can't get it, let me know.
Thanks Mark,
Years ago I started with 1 mg, then took it down to .05 and stayed there for a LONG time, then on down again and finally to .025. So, that is a very small amount. Heck, I probably get more with the cream. Anyway, I can and have gotten headaches each time I went down but just for awhile. You have to give it at least 6 weeks and not cave in. :) I am just glad I can ditch at least one Rx. I hope it goes well. It has been 8 years so I am ready to at least get rid of it. The other I will probably have to stay on for the rest of my life or change up perhaps. Anyway, it was a good visit...I really like this doc.

Kathi,
You said your husband is going to DC? He isn't going to drive is he? I would think a short flight would be better than a day or so in the car. I hope his back is doing better. I sent you my email address, I am totally illiterate when it comes to computers.:o
I hope all is well, take care,
Kathy

Theresa,
LMAO! Is that thing funny or what?! I am glad you got a kick out of it. I am a little afraid to put the link here...just don't want to offend anyone. :o
I could go on and on and list out the things that made me laugh but I don't want to spoil the whole thing for those that want to listen to it. But I thought I would just fall out of my chair it was so funny. It is HOW she says things and WHAT she says. I keep playing it over and over again and laugh every time. And I DID tell the doc I had SUIT LOL!

Glad to hear that the Southern parts are doing well!! I always dread having that checked out!!

Lisa,
I will be happy to and glad to see you back! :)
I KNOW I sent this out to several people and I immediately thought of you. But since I have Vista...maybe there was a glitch. Some of my friends are saying they didn't get it at work...but that was probably due to the "LAN Police". :)
Let me send it right now. I hope it makes you laugh and brightens your day.

Kathy,
As she says, "...somethin up in there!" I thought I would die laughing. That is what I meant by my coccyx troubles. :D I also laughed at, "We will no longer be playing Fatal Atraction on our wide screen TV as it causes our ladies to have flashbacks!" Anyway, it is the best sound clip I have heard in a long, long time. I can't believe my brother sent it to me...he is crazy! And, you are right...I am long since past the feeding deal too LOL!
