gf vegan meat alternatives

hi. i'm a vegan with a hankering for meatless jerky (made from vital wheat gluten...ugh) every once in awhile. does anyone know of any tasty meat alternatives that are actually gf? i can never find any and am getting tired of eating the same meals over and over and over again. keep in mind, i'm a microwave cook, so the easier the recipe suggestions, the better! :o thank you!

:D i’m also mostly vegan (but I felt the need to eat some chicken and sea scallops this winter… long long endless canadian winter… still continuing this weekend in the Ottawa/Gatineau area, forcasting melting snow, ice pellets and freezing rain… grrrr... really getting tired of it now, ahh ! )
I know a brand of very good tofu/veggie burgers that are gluten and dairy free, some are fried, some are baked and they reheat very well in the microwave and they’re also very good when served cold with raw veggies - La Soyarie, Gatineau, Québec, Canada - check their web site

i do not know if they are available in your area ? you may try health food groceries that might be a little out of your way... some places are worth the detour... good luck!!!
