Does anyone have a link to a good site for a dietician that can help figure out what to eat with medical conditions/drugs?

My housemate is type 2 diabetic,(no drugs or insulin),he's now on 4 different blood pressure meds,he's on Warfarin for DVT,& now has possible kidney failure!

I need help figuring out how to eat:

low sodium
low protein
low vitamin K
low carb/sugar

I've researched all his meds already. I'm getting confused on just what kind of meals to prepare!

Keeping the vit K down is tricky, that means no kale, cabbage, red lettuce, brocolli, etc. His blood is tested frequently for dosage adjustments on the Warfarin.

Now the kidney failure is throwing me off, that means no red meat, low dairy, etc.

Now how is a diabetic supposed to eat? That diet is high protein/low fat/low carb.

I need help! We actually take some of the same meds, our diuretics say to drink OJ or eat a banana-too high in sugar!

Appreciate any help I can get,thanks-Buttons

Try eatright.org and you may be able to find a registered dietitian. It is the national website of the American Dietetic Association. They have very good educational materials, too. Some may be available to the public, some through a registered dietitian.

There are good sources of how to control Type 2 diabetes online
Such as Doctor Dahlqvist's (http://blogg.passagen.se/dahlqvistannika/?anchor=my_lowcarb_dietary_programe_in)

What they don't tell you about diabetes (http://www.phlaunt.com/diabetes/14046989.php)

You may do better using a forum dedicated to giving Diabetes support such as TUDIABETES.COM (http://tudiabetes.com/)
