Help question with ACTIQ

ok I have been on actiq for a while now. I only take around 4 a week. Last month my leg got sooo swollen they thought I had a blood clot and sent me to the ER right away. nothing..... now yesterday and today I had felt really bad , horrible headache used my actiq and my hands are so swollen I can hardly even type this they are maybe 4x the normal size. Does anyone know if actiq can cause this? it is the only thing I can find that was the same both times. any thoughts would be great. thanks

I have used Actiq of on on for several years and have never experienced this. By chance do you take Lyrica? That is one of its major side effects,

no dont use that, nothing new at all. they are so big icant move them so no more typing. gotta call the doc i guesss. thanks

Good luck with the doctor, I hope he finds the reason for the swelling!! I am sorry I couldn't be of any help.

paigesmom, I hope you have some luck with the doctor to come to a resolution of your swollen hands. It is disconcerting to have a symptom without knowing the cause.
