CM1 had cataract surgery today and is to have the other eye done as soon as she recovers from this operation.

Here's hoping a full recovery and quick return. Chat isn't the same without you, CM1.

I am here for short periods of time, things are pretty blurry. I had to have a stitch in No Stitch surgery. LOL :confused:

I went back yesterday and doc said looks fine. I go back on Tuesday and I hope he takes the stitch out because it is bugging me to no end. Feels like a small rock in my eye.

Thanks for thinking of me. I get the pleasure of having the left eye done after the right one is healed. Oh what fun.

The one good things about it is NO PAIN, except for them trying to find a vein that didn't play hide and seek. Had to call in the expert there to do it. Lovely shades of purples on my wrist. :p

Be back full time before long I hope.

mod#1, I've been away awhile, but now I can come. I'm out of town but I brought my laptop.
Anyway, I hope you & your eyes are better. By now I bet you got the other eye done.

Hi Lor, thanks for the get well wishes. It has been one week today since I had the right eye surgery, got my stitch out yesterday.
I will not have my left eye surgery until April 30.
This doctor specializes in cataract surgery and he is very, very busy.

So it will be a while yet, but so far very pleased with results and no pain surgery. The only pain was when they couldn't get an IV in my hand, finally went to right above my thumb. That was a bit stick, OUCH :eek:

I am glad you have your laptop with you. See you in chat sometime soon.

Each time I go, which is about 12 times a day, (you probably notice my name alot if you go in chit chat) no one is there. There might be a name & I write "are you here?" & I don't get an answer (of coarse it's someone who didn't sign out :( ). I wish ppl would sign out so I don't sorta get excited to have someone to talk to. Only to find the room is really empty.

It is always "Just another day in Paradise", no matter where I am. LOL :rolleyes:

We miss you in chat and wish you would come in more often, but understand if you don't. It is very hard to get into chat at times and we are always getting booted off.

Still waiting for John to do the updates for us. Hope he does it soon. :confused:
