I recently had worsening of my breathing symptoms, so because of researched breathing and figured out I was breathing incorrectly. In fact I was eating air, instead of breathing regularly, lots of people do this unconsciously and don't even realize they are doing it. I also figured out that drinking carbonated beverages increases the chance that u would swallow air. So I decided to drop the addiction to these type of beverages, even though i absolutely love them.

is there anything I can do for these breathing problems, I mean I am taking inderal, but are there any herbal remedies etc??

You might actually up the dose of the Inderal. Presently I take about 300 mg a day. For pretty much the same problems. However I am not taking any mood altering drugs. Let me ask you something, prior to the seroquel, exactly how depressed would you say you were? Did you post on this forum about it? Because if you did, then perhaps you weren't actually depressed enough to be taking it. Just a thought you know.

Back to the BP. Yours is pretty high. Is that with the Inderal? Because if it is, you might also need to couple it with another drug with the increase in beta blocker.

I've had asthma for over 3 years, and found when I take a 250mg Vitamin B1 tablet, it helps me to breath easier within a few seconds.
Sometimes when I'm out in the wind or when the air is cold, it can hurt my lungs to breath and I struggle for breath. I just take a VB1 tablet which increases my breathing. It doesn't take long before I feel better.
I also take the VB1 tablet through the night if I wake up and feel as though I can't breath. The VB1 increases my temperature - which increases my breathing.
