Hi my name is Shannyn.
I am a 26 year old female.
In June 2007 I suffered a stroke caused by an Aneurysm, I basically had a horrible headache that wouldn't go away and then I had siezures then wouldn't stop throwing up...
Went to hospital and had brain surgery to clip the aneurysm.
Since then I haven't really had any long term effects, had a few headaches that would normally go away with panadol nothing too serious...
Though I do have another abnormality on my brain, it's like an aneurysm but has more more layers so is normally safe, though mine is larger than normal so I have to get regular angiograms to check that it hasn't grown etc.
I need help because over the last couple of months I have been getting terrible headaches, always the same type and in the same place...
I sometimes can't get rid of them unless I have a panadiene forte. I prob get one 2 to 3 times a week and they are driving me crazy, as when I work I struggle to concentrate. I have tried to make an appointmnet with the specialists but I have to wait. I just want to know if this could be a sign of something more serious or is it a permanent problem?
