You might here back from me if it's not successful.

Hi all,
I used to have and frequently do have insomnia, My dr has had me try Sleep Hygeine.
Basically you set a pre-sleep routine, like turn off the TV, brush your teeth, get a drink of water, use the restroom, stretch, then get into bed and think of nice things(I think of floating on a raft in the ocean, warm sun, and the sound of sea creatures etc. that is what works for me) any thing that makes you feel comfortable. Then hopefully you drift off to sleep. The most important thing is the bed is used only for sleep and sex. So I gave up watching TV in bed, that was tough.
Good Luck all
Kathy
