Anyone taking Human Growth Hormone

Hi,
Just read the thread on Cellcept.. I've been taking Cellcept since Aug, but no improvement.
My sons were asking if anyone with MG has taken a Human Growth Hormone? And if so if they saw any improvement in their day to day living.

No, I don't take growth hormones, and I haven't read anything about them, so I don't have any information on them at all. And I don't think I've ever heard of anyone taking them, unless they refer to them as the medications brand name. I see if I can find anything about them and get back to you.
Before starting any new medications, or treatment read as much as you can, and ask the doctor all kinds of questions. Some meds and certain treatments can be very dangerous to an MG'er

I looked all over the MG website, and couldn't find anything about it, I also looked in the MS website, and couldn't find anything. If You do, please post the information. In the mean time you may want to check out the above link for the different kinds of MG treatments that are currently being used.

I think people respond in different time frames with meds. Maybe speak with your doctor and see what he/she expects within a time frame.
