I am curious how things are going. I am sure it is a stupid question as Workman's Comp is a living Hell and the biggest game of demonic nature ever. QME's on their side always seem to turn their eyes. Utilization Review has Homer Simpson doing the approvals and denials of treatment. Dooh! Doah!

Doubt you will get too many people to step forward on that question, it sounds like you are phishing. If you know what I mean, my advice is to stick to honest questions you may have otherwise.

CA is a difficult state as good ole "Arnold" has had laws changed for WC people, and not to your benefit either. Be very careful and contact your local Department of Labor to get your current laws in CA.
