I need to know if this is true, some people have told me besides having to pay back the monthly checks received from Worker's Comp., when I receive my settlement, that I also have to reimburse them for the Dr's visits and all tests, treatments, etc., that have been provided, is this true? It already seems unfair to me, that I have to reimburse them for the monthly checks I received from them, if I hadn't been injured (then fired) as if I was still working I would have had income checks. Can anyone tell me if the info that I've been getting is true or not? thanks
