Well, first I went through major withdrawl, and then I learned to stop checking daily. I moved on to appreciate my free time!

So glad to see you again. :D I probably checked this site 10 times a day when it was down. I was in withdrawal. It has been a slow start up. Still hoping for the database to return.

Glad to "see" you - we're all sort of like people who wake up with amnesia -- "...Now I KNOW I read an article on braintalk awhile ago that really explained that well and...oh yeah...it's GONE" :( :eek: It will be tough starting from "scratch" after so much valuable data has been lost. But we can DO IT!! :D

Back too
Withdrawl was hard, but I withdrew from many communities on line this summer being sick pregnant all day everyday for 4 months straight. When I finally started to feel better, braintalk was gone:( .
I have yet to sign back up for all my yahoogroups!LOL It's too much and I know where the information is if I needed, KWIM...
I won't spend hours every morning on bulletin board communities, I just have soo much to do from being sick in bed all summer. But I'll check in weekly.

Well, it was reasuring to know that Cara was still compiling the gluten file off site while the boards were down. There were so many great "case studies" of foods that people had pulled together, though. I'll miss those!
(like the cabbage and pomengrante and the top 7 super foods for gut health...loved all those threads!)
