Well, I've watched a few selected segments. I think I pretty much already saw the "Early Diagnosis of Gluten Sensitivity" talk when he was in San Diego this past summer, which I thought was brilliant. I was interested in his diet ideas, but skeptical of some of his anti-meat thing. I'd like to see more info substantiating that. His segment on Arthritis and Arthralgia was good. He has, I think, the same arthritis that I do so he mentioned it a bit. Basically he was backing up stuff I'd already heard. Avoid nightshades, use fasting for flares, probiotics, fish oils (btw: recent study for autoimmune arthritis (AS) said you need about 5 grams a day for good effect). Oh yeah, he also said people with arthritis have trouble with oxyalates and to avoid things high in those (spinach, chard, kale and others). But it all comes back to the gut because many of us are missing the bacteria that deals with oxalytes (something I read a study about recently, very interesting) from taking antibiotics.

The 2nd disc is his music and spirituality stuff. I might take awhile to get to that. :p

Last one is other assorted MD's. I started to listen to Dr. Rea but my attention wandered.
