So much of that is true, Bizi.
I dropped some weight about 2 years ago and have been able to keep it down by keeping up my exercising (walking to work and to the store) and watching what I eat and how much I eat. (Totally new eating and exercise habits). As is said, It becomes a "way of life." It didn't work, though, until I finally made my mind up to do it.
