I love photography and even use a camera in my line of work, however, i dont have very good use or my right hand.
Question:
Has anybody ever seen a left handed camera, I.E one with the shutter release on the left? OK go check out your cameras, bet its on the right :(

I know exactly what you are talking about! :D
I have a big handlebar moustache and left handed moustache cups are very hard to find!
My suggestion would be to find a 35 mm SLR (single lens reflex) camera that you can put an extended shutter control button/cable on. Know what I'm talking about? You screw it into your camera (there should be a hole in the middle of the shutter control button.) It's a cable with a plunger on it. You should be able to put the cable around the back of your camera and control the shutter release with your left thumb. I used to use this option when I attached my camera to my astronomical telescope.
I have a Nikon EM (35 mm SLR camera) that has this option.
EDIT
Just found this:
The Kodak Ektra camera from the 40s had a left handed shutter release (my father had one)

You could try http://www.left-handed.com/ for every thing left handed apparently.
They only have one camera though. :(
