Hello All!
Not new to the forum, but had to get a new user name when the site had some problems.
I have a question about prothrombin time with APS.
When you have APS this is elevated for whatever the reason. Not claiming to be a hematologist. What I am not understanding is this. Why when the blood is being thinned with coumadin, or whatever the choice of medication, does the PT continue to elevate? Shouldn't it become normal, and the PT go down? Or am I totally not understanding this?
Take care:confused:
