Before I was told I had ptc I had been sick for months with sizures. When I had my first spinal tap I thought that was the worst possibe pain of my life. Before I found out about ptc I had a life now not so much. 12 spinal taps later I still have no life. I am to scared to go out of my house because I don't want something to happen. I want to know if there is anyone who has ptc and might be able to help I would like to have more friends than my doctors.

Catt,
You will find many people on both the hydrocephalus forum and the epilepsy forum who will be glad to be your friends. They may not have pseudotumor cerebri (PTC) but they, especially those on the hydrocephalus forum, are familiar with PTC. Those on the epilepsy forum, where I usually post, are all too familiar with seizures and the isolation they can cause.

We'll do whatever we can to help. :) (There is a PTC forum, too, but I don't think it's all that active.) It's here:
