People with multiple sclerosis have the opportunity to tell others of their experience with the condition by taking part in a national survey.
The MS Trust and the Royal College of Physicians are working together to conduct the biggest ever survey of MS services across England and Wales.
They hope to measure how well current services deliver against 2003 government guidelines.
The Survey goes live on the 7th January.
