They HAVE TO BE!!!

Took hubby to ER on New Years Eve beacasue of massive pain--He had developed Pacri****!!!! Now That is some PAIN> It wasso much pain he finally --before he knew what it was, and they had him hoocked up to a PCA, he finally taked about, "I am not sure if riding is worth this kind of pain". It broke my heart. I found a quiet place and cried. My hubby is a biker, and I know this. He wil get better and get back on his bikes. (when he get one runnning..lol) People don't ask a person who has been in a car crash "bet you're not gonna drive again?" Why would they assume some one that LOVES to ride would stop riding. (and he fell asleep on the way home from a twelve and a half hour night shift-if he had been in the car, he more than likely would have been at least more hurt, and have injured others, if not dead and KILLED others. At least, this was a single vehicle accident.) But I digress.

THINGS WILL BE GREAT IN 2008!!!!

This is my new saying, I will not have ANY negitive thoughts. I hope you will join me,:D

MamaRider, I always think the new year will be great and I hope it is true for many of us as I know everyone won't have a great year. I do hope many of us do have a great year though.

I hope PapaRider feels better soon and is able to get back on the bike soon.

awww mama , i am abiker at heart to infact i hope 08 will bring me a new bike ( it looks to be) being a biker is inbred i think when a person has a love for it ,it just simply put never goes away , i to had an accident a long time ago but i got back on one and never stopped loving riding .
a few years ago i had a bike and my doc saw me on it and asked me "what the hell are you doing on a bike" i told them it was just a deep seated love i have always had so i completly understand and my heart goes out to you and god bless you for knowing in your heart what it means/ meant to papa, just wanted to put my 2 cents in , the other thing is it really helped maintain my sanity to be able to get out and ride and loose some frustration , your freind ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Dave ,,,,,,,,,,,,aka ,,,,,,,,,,,911

I believe she means pancreatitis. Its when your pancreas gets inflamed. I get it off and on because I don't have a gall blader. Its all part of your digestive system. Usually you need to stay away from fats, deep fried food, spicy food.

I'm sure he'll be riding again soon.
