diet and PD meds

Help - I seem to be sabatoging my meds with what I eat. I try not to eat anything an hour before and an hour after my meds and sometimes meds work poorly. What foods should I stay away from - any advice, I'm sick of this roller coaster.

jo-- I am not sure what meds you are on, but, with many meds it is actually encouraged to take them with food and meals. This is especially true with meds that are known possibly cause an upset stomache. So, give your doctor or pharmacist a call and ask them what they suggest :)
