Kind of an interesting article. Granted, this would only work if Autism was connected to chromosomal factors. Even this company is billing it as a "predisposition" and not an absolute.
The nice thing is that the widespread availability of a tool like this would allow studies based on these chromosomes to be conducted easier. Random sample of children tested, compare with Autism diagnoses...shouldn't be that hard to do.
