makes you wonder if the first vaccines, given when they were young, sensitized them to it. maybe even contributed to their vulnerability to other allergic reactions in the interim

Not likely. These cases seem to be limited to the Alberta area, which strongly suggests an issue with production and contamination of a specific lot of vaccines.

which confirm that vaccinations quality is not even or infallible, like in 1970s the DTP in Toronto had to be withdrawn because it caused neuropathies in children, the same for the measles Edmonton B, recently used in African kids. One has to be extra careful with vaccines....because manufacturers do not accept liability and the possibility of long term damage....

Yes, I don't think anyone ever claimed the quality of vaccinations was always going to be perfect. However, that's true of any mass produced good. Quality control will catch 99.999%, but it's unpleasant for the people affected.

There's no science to suggest long term damage, so I'm not too concerned with that.
